Canadian Federal Self-Employed Immigration Program is specifically designed for people involved in cultural, artistic, sports, or agricultural activities that have made outstanding contributions or experience in the fields of culture, art, sports and agriculture.
It is similar to the US immigration visa for people with exceptional arts, sciences, business, education, and athletics skills.

Immigrating as a self-employed person requires the following:

Experience in relevant fields
Ability and willingness to be self-employed in Canada
Meet the selection criteria for the program, get a minimum of 35 points
Medical, security and other conditions must be met

Relevant experience

At least two years of active participation in cultural and artistic activities or sports in the past five years. In order to qualify, you must meet one of the following requirements:

For cultural activities

one-year periods
being self-employed in cultural activities, or
one-year periods
participating at a world-class level in cultural activities, or
a combination of a one-year period
described in above

For athletics

one-year periods
being self-employed in athletics, or
one-year periods
participating at a world-class level in athletics, or
a combination of a one-year period
described in above
